You can order fresh vegetables and other daily essentials. More categories likegroceries, dry fruits and snacks will be added soon.
You can place an order through our website or mobile application by selecting your items, choosing a delivery address and completing the payment.
Yes, you need to register using your mobile number to place orders and track deliveries.
Yes, you can place an order for someone else by entering their delivery address and contact details during checkout.
Bakaloo follows a quick-commerce model and aims to deliver orders within a short time. Delivery times may vary depending on location, order size and availability.
Delivery hours may vary by area and day. Available delivery slots will be shown on the app or website at the time of placing your order.
Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown clearly during checkout before you place your order.
If you are unavailable or unreachable, our delivery partner may wait briefly or contact you. If delivery fails, the order may be cancelled and refunds may not apply for perishable items.
Orders can be cancelled only within a short time window after placing them. Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Order modification is allowed only before the order starts processing. Once packing begins, changes cannot be made.
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and cash on delivery (where available).
Yes. All online payments are processed through secure and authorised payment gateways. Bakaloo does not store your sensitive payment details.
If you receive damaged, spoiled or incorrect items, please contact customer support within a reasonable time with details or photos. We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
Due to the perishable nature of vegetables, returns are generally not accepted after delivery unless there is a genuine quality issue.
