Bakaloo & Foods Enterprise – Promotional Scheme Terms & Conditions

Scheme Name: ₹1 Vegetable Offer
Company: Bakaloo & Foods Enterprise (“Bakaloo”)

1. Offer Details

  • Under this promotional scheme, eligible customers can purchase selected vegetables worth up to ₹71 at ₹1 only, along with free delivery worth ₹29 (total benefit ₹100).
  • The ₹1 payment is mandatory and must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not allowed.

2. Eligibility

  • This scheme is currently  strictly limited to customers residing in Mota Varachha and Utran (Surat) pincodes only.
  • Only one household per society is eligible.
  • Multiple registrations, accounts, mobile numbers, or identities linked to the same household, address, or user are strictly prohibited.
  • Bakaloo reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

3. Usage Limits

  • Each eligible customer can place a maximum of 5 orders under this scheme.
  • These orders must be placed within a maximum period of 14 days from first redemption.
  • Only one order is allowed per day (per customer/household), regardless of the number of coupon codes.
  • Only one coupon code can be used per order and per customer.
  • The daily order limit resets at 12:00 midnight, after which the customer may place the next eligible order.
  • Use of multiple coupon codes or placing multiple orders in a single day will result in automatic disqualification.

4. Ordering Conditions

  • Orders must be placed at least 1 hour before 4:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will not be eligible under the scheme.
  • All deliveries will be fulfilled post 4:00 PM in a consolidated manner for the society/group.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery will be made once per day per society/group, at Bakaloo’s convenience.
  • Customers agree to accept delivery as per the common delivery schedule decided by Bakaloo.

6. Coupon & Communication

  • The scheme is accessible via coupon codes shared on the customer’s registered WhatsApp number.
  • The coupon is free of charge.
  • The coupon may be shared within a verified Bakaloo made society whatsapp group or channel, subject to mutual agreement among members.

7. Restrictions

  • This scheme is non-transferable and cannot be sold, resold, or exchanged in any form.
  • Misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate the scheme (including but not limited to multiple accounts, fake identities, or bulk ordering) will lead to:
    • Immediate disqualification
    • Cancellation of all orders
    • Permanent blacklisting from Bakaloo services

8. Right to Modify or Cancel

  • Bakaloo reserves the absolute right to:
    • Modify, suspend, or terminate the scheme at any time
    • Change pricing, timing, delivery structure, order limits, or eligibility criteria
    • Cancel any order without prior notice if misuse is suspected

9. Liability & Disclaimer

  • This is a promotional, limited-period offer and not a standard service commitment.
  • Bakaloo shall not be liable for:
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
    • Delays due to operational, logistical, or unforeseen circumstances
  • All decisions made by Bakaloo regarding this scheme shall be final and binding.

10. Acceptance

  • By participating in this scheme, the user unconditionally agrees to all Terms & Conditions stated herein
  • Start and Ends duration of the scheme is subjective to the society and the region customer resides which will be notified by the Bakaloo to you in above specified manner.
